Congratulations on starting your business, Ira! Many a great cooks/bakers are self-taught, or rather, have walked down the path of trial and error...including this one *ahem* hehe... Do continue to enjoy creating one delectable confection after the other... perhaps, in the near future, you can penned them down in a recipe book? :)
